Abogado titulado en 2012. Concentra su práctica en materias tributarias de toda clase con énfasis en la estructuración y reorganización de negocios y proyectos tanto nacionales e internacionales, planificación estratégica de patrimonios familiares, sucesión de empresas familiares, estructuración hereditaria y manejo de contingencias tributarias.
También asesora y representa a los clientes de la Firma en desarrollos filantrópicos de toda índole y en especial en materia de manejo de franquicias tributarias y financiamiento de ONGs.
En el plano académico, es profesor de derecho tributario en el Master en Derecho de la Empresa de la Universidad Mayor; y autor del capítulo “Mandatory Disclosure Rules – A preventive Tool in the Service of Transparency and Justice in Tax”, in: Čičin-Šain/Riedl (Eds) “Justice, Equality and Tax Law” (Vienna: Linde, 2022).
Participa en diversas charlas y exposiciones.
Antes director en Torretti & Cía. Fue parte del grupo tributario de CorreaGubbins y en Ossa, Izcue & Montes; y dirigió el área legal del Family office del Grupo Silberberg.
También participa como asesor legal y secretario del directorio de la Sociedad Cultural Israelita B´nei Israel (NBI) y la Fundación de Beneficencia Kalanit.
David es Licenciado en Derecho de la Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez y cuenta con un Diplomado en Tributación Aplicada a la Empresa; y, un Diplomado en Compliance Corporativo de la misma universidad. También tiene un Master en Derecho Tributario Internacional de la Universidad de Economía y Negocios de Viena; y, un Master en Derecho de la Empresa de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
Habla español e inglés.
Admitted in 2012. His field of expertise is tax law in all kinds of matters, with an emphasis on structuring and reorganization of businesses and projects, strategic planning of family wealth, succession of family businesses, inheritance structuring and management of tax contingencies.
He also advises the firm’s clients on philanthropic matters with emphasis on managing tax franchises and NGO fundings.

David is a legal advisor and Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Israeli Cultural Association B´nei Israel (NBI) and Kalanit Charity Foundation.
He graduated (J.D.) from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez Law School and holds a Diploma in Applied Business taxation and Corporate Compliance from the same university. He also holds an LL.M. in International Tax Law from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and an LL.M. in Business Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile Law School.
He is fluent in Spanish and English.
